Refunds Policy

Cancellation By You

Thank you for booking your ticket to our event. However we appreciate that sometimes plans have to be changed and that you may need to cancel your place at our event. Therefore please note:

  • You may cancel your ticket and get a full refund on the card that you used to pay with up to 48 hours before the event
  • Alternatively we can arrange a full refund by internet transfer
  • Regrettably within 48 hours of an event we are unable to give a refund as catering arrangements will already have been finalised

Cancellation By Us

If we have to cancel an event for our own reasons we will refund any monies paid in full.

How to Obtain a Refund

Mention your name, the event, the number of tickets you purchased and the amount paid.

Explain your reason for cancellation.  

We will respond within 3 business days with a decision on the refund. We may request your bank details for an internet banking payment or your card details for the refund.
